How do I return an item?

· You can return the item as long as it is unused. Please ensure the packaging is intact!
· Once we receive the item, we will process a refund or exchange.
· For refunds, we will process the refund 1-2 days after receiving the item.
· We issue refunds via credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your bank.
· Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item about any returns or exchanges. This helps minimize the risk of lost packages.
